We’re recruiting for an Accounts Sale Coordinator based in Milton Keynes/Hybrid.

Main responsibilities of Accounts Sales Coordinator
To provide a prompt response to internal and external enquiries on stock availability.
Liaise with National Account Managers and other representatives to ensure all sales duties are achievable efficiently and accurately.
Preparing & despatching documents for all Mail Order companies, supplying these on a daily basis.
Administer all trade customer returns and provide monthly debit reports to highlight trends & results in relation to previous reports.
Identify and respond to customer requirements.
What are we looking for?
Experience or good exposure to customer service and sales environment.
The ability to communicate numerically and through literacy. e.g. Excellent navigation of the telephone and computer.
Knowledge and understanding of SAP.
12-month Maternity Cover contract role.
