48 HOUR OPT OUT
Under Regulation 4(1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998, you can only work more than 48 hours a week on average (including overtime and time worked for other employers or business) if you have agreed to do so in writing.
Please indicate below to confirm that you agree that the limit on weekly working time does not apply to you and that your working time can exceed an average of 48 hours per week.
NB: Working Solutions Recruitment Services Limited shall not discriminate unlawfully when deciding which agency worker is submitted for a vacancy or assignment regardless of whether they have opted in or out of the 48 Hour Waiver Agreement.
